Jumpleads NFP is a social enterprise with a focus on changing cultures and invigorating communities to enable a better future
We do this by “jump-starting” arts and community initiatives Australia wide, delivering:
- Education and training
- Strategic communications and engagement
- Tailored community development programs
- And Pop Up Art and Make a Change programs
We facilitate processes that enables creativity, collaboration, participation and generates action – the fundamental ingredients required to mobilise the community resources required to adequately address the current and future challenges we face.
Our partners include government agencies, visionary organisations and committed individuals who want to achieve relevant and practical responses to community challenges.
We have three divisions:
- Make a Change – Delivering programs to address broad community challenges such as health and well-being, environment, social disadvantage and emergency response
- Pop Up Art – Initiatives that strengthen and support the creative sector
- JL Services – Tailored programs and services to enable organisations to achieve their changemaking ‘agenda’
Fully focussed on encouraging bottom up solutions, for long term positive impact, we actively advocate for support and investment in grassroots and creative sector led initiatives.

Karen Corr
Karen is an engineer, entrepreneur and community engagement specialist with key skills in governance, communications, organisation strategy development / implementation and business management. Karen is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and was awarded the accolade of Social Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012.
FOUNDER, GENERAL MANAGER
Sharon Seyd
Sharon is an Arts Business Specialist and Producer. In the last 30 years she has started and lead 3 arts and production based organisations, producing numerous high profile projects for: theatre, film, live events. Sharon teaches business training to creatives through her own consulting firm and for Melbourne and Deakin Universities.

Rachel Hebbard
Rachel is a business professional with 16 years leadership experience working with successful FMCG companies. With a focus on building highly effective teams, and leading strategic planning through to delivery and implementation. In her role at Jumpleads she engages new business partners, contributes to all stages of the grant process and helps facilitate the delivery of high calibre programs across a range of projects.
DIRECTOR
Marnie Foulis
Marnie is a producer and manager for television and theatre. She has over 20 years experience in arts production including 15 years as producer of televised events for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
DIRECTOR
Andy Sloane
Andy is the Director of Aboriginal Services, Diversity & Health Promotion with Bendigo Health. She oversees culturally safe environments for people accessing health services. Andy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion, a Master’s Degree in Public Health & Nutrition and a Graduate Degree in Teaching.
Andy brings to our team a wealth of knowledge and experience in health, education & tourism.
DIRECTOR
Michele McCahon
Michele’s experience is in organisational and programe change as well as strategic communication. Specialising in culture and transformation, working with executives and teams to envision and influence the future of their organisation.
With experience in executive leadership, change, start-up companies, and programme management Michele interacts with people at any level of an organisation and rapidly get to the heart of the subject.
TRUSTEE
Dr Linda Kirkman
Linda is a relationship educator, researcher & independent scholar with masters and & PhD in public health. She has registration with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) & is immediate past president & current Victoria Tasmania branch vice president of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS).

Philip Soden
Philip is a Theatre Consultant with clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and Jakarta. Philip was Technical Director, Director of Venues and Associate Director (Operations) for Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, 1988-2011. Prior to that Philip was Production Manager for the Adelaide Festival Centre
